• 100% Sustainable Energy: All electricity used at the hostel comes from renewable and sustainable sources, significantly reducing our environmental impact.

• Smart Temperature Systems: We employ a smart, semi-automated system to control room temperatures, ensuring energy efficiency and guest comfort.

• LED Lighting: 100% of our lighting uses LED technology, reducing energy consumption and contributing to a more sustainable environment.

• Modern Appliances: All appliances are recent models, ensuring efficiency and lower energy consumption.

 

Waste Reduction

• Elimination of Single-Use Plastics: We prioritize the use of reusable and recyclable materials, eliminating disposable plastics in all our operations.

• Recycling Management: We provide waste separation stations in the kitchen for paper, plastic, glass, and organic waste. Additionally, items like batteries, paint, and out-of-service equipment are directed to proper disposal facilities.

• Composting: Organic waste is composted, reducing landfill contributions and promoting natural soil nourishment.

• Material Reuse: Used printed paper is repurposed for internal notes.

• “Free Shelf” Area: Guests are encouraged to exchange good-condition food and useful items, reducing waste and increasing product reuse.
